One to one sessions allow us to focus on technique and working out for specific goals, whether purely for fitness and weight loss, for building speed, strength training. If you compete we can teach ring craft, if you want to train for self-defence we can keep things more street specific.
We can achieve this with different focuses on Pad work, HIIT sessions, weights, technical drills, agility drills and controlled sparring (only when you feel ready to).
For a one to one training session we charge £30 per hour. However if you prefer to train with friends we have a number of options (including our small group sessions Please click link) where it is possible to maintain the intermate and focussed training regime but engage with our like-minded students. A one-hour session for 2 people would be £50 (£25 each), A one-hour session for 3 people £60 (£20 each).
We offer the first one-hour training session for free to help us analyse your goals and current levels enabling us to make a bespoke training plan to maximise your learning outcomes and progression to Black Belt level skills.
