SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Small group training offers the opportunity to train with other like-minded people in a friendly and nurturing environment.
A typical 1-hour session will begin with active stretching and interval weight training that focusses on the muscle groups used in boxing, then technical skills and drills are covered teaching techniques which are applied to focus pads in pairs, where we will match skill level, height and weight to the best of our ability. After mastering the skills in each session, we usually finish with some conditioning or ab circuits helping to keep everybody fighting fit.
With the limited numbers in classes it enables you to gain more help and attention from our instructors, keeping standards high and helping to push our clients to a greater level of proficiency.
At £10 per session group classes are an excellent cost-effective option for training, that can help supplement your one to one training or form the foundation of it.
